Stuart Paap is the founder of DNATE (pronounced ‘dee-n-8’), a strategic partner that helps biotech executives, healthcare leaders, and innovators create breakthroughs with global impact. As the founder of DNATE, Stuart has worked since 2015 with life sciences companies, high-growth startups, and leading institutions to sharpen leadership skills, master strategic communication, and build the trust needed to drive growth. His clients have raised hundreds of millions of dollars, scaled breakthrough science, and transformed bold ideas into real-world results.
Stuart collaborates closely with physicians and researchers at Mass General Hospital, equipping them to translate complex research into actionable solutions. With a deep understanding of biotech and practical leadership strategies, he empowers leaders to bridge the gap between science and strategy, ensuring their innovations achieve maximum potential.
A McGill University graduate based in Boston, Stuart regularly shares his expertise at institutions such as the Harvard iLab, Mass General’s Springboard Studio, the MIT Enterprise Forum, and Brandeis University’s SPARK Program.

Griselle Rodriguez Ramos is a highly accomplished engineer with over 16 years of experience in defense and consumer goods, specializing in turning complex projects into seamless execution. At DNATE, she ensures mission-critical initiatives run smoothly, enabling the team to deliver exceptional results for clients.
As a process-driven leader with meticulous attention to detail, Griselle is the backbone of operational excellence at DNATE. She ensures the team has the resources, systems, and support they need—exactly when they need them—to execute with precision and efficiency. With deep expertise in project management, process optimization, and engineering leadership, Griselle plays an integral role in driving DNATE’s success.
Griselle holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from Textron and earned her Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. Her advanced training and extensive real-world experience in high-pressure environments make her uniquely skilled at streamlining processes and delivering impactful results.
Fun Fact: When she’s not optimizing workflows, Griselle takes her precision to the dance floor as a certified Zumba instructor. Have a dance challenge? She’s ready to step up!
